Garforth Cattery offers the very best in comfort and companionship for your cat while you are away, from cuddles to treats your cat will enjoy a pampering break just like you !

We are only a small cattery this way your cats have more time spent with them to make their stay more enjoyable and stress free.

Unlike other catteries we do not tell you what wet food we will give your cat we ask you to bring one days worth of wet food we then purchase the same food for your cat. to continue their normal eating habbits We also offer two different crunchy biscuits.
We will not supply fresh meat that is down to you to supply if that is what your cat eats.

Clients are encouraged to provide their cat any special diet food, this ensures the cats diet remains consistent and reduces the potential of stomach upsets/diarrhoea.

Please make a note of any special requirements and I will do my best to fulfill your wishes.

You are more than welcome to bring your own bedding and toys to make them feel at home, but if not, we are more than happy to provide everything within the daily boarding cost.

If after calling us to go ahead and confirm a booking then please go to our contact page and email the information with the booking form also completed the date and time you wish to drop your cat or cats off also the collection date and time also your cats name, sex, age, any allergies basically please give as much information as possible.





OUR PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Our prices are per day or part thereof and there is a reduction for cats from
the same household sharing a cat house.

Please note – Payment is on arrival unless full payment has been received in advance. We require a deposit for every booking. The deposit is 50% of the total amount. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Our Prices 2024

    • – One cat per day costs from £15
    • – Two cats sharing per day costs from £20
    • – You will need to upload an image of your pets up to date vaccination card showing all vaccinations and details when you complete the booking form.
    • All cats must be fully vaccinated. 
    • All vaccinations must be up to date and we will require proof of this in the form of a veterinary certificate.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any cat we suspect of having any contagious
      or infectious disease 
    • Rates are on a daily basis, charged from and including the date of arrival & the day of departure.
    • Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New years Eve, New years day and any Bank Holiday you will (not) be charged extra, we are the same price regardless.
    • Boarding fees must be paid in full, no cat will be released until all monies owing have been paid.
      We accept payment by cash, bank transfer
    • Fully insured & licence by Leeds City Council no. 23/00792/COMM
    • PLEASE NOTE A TELEPHONE BOOKING IS NOT ACCEPTED IT NEEDS TO BE FOLLOWED UP BY AN EMAIL FROM YOU WITH YOUR CATS NAME, SEX, AGE, AND ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS WE NEED TO BE AWARE OF. WE WILL THEN EMAIL BACK CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AT GARFORTH CATTERY.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Veterinary attendance is assured. Should any cat show signs of ill health during it‘s stay we will seek veterinary treatment where necessary. This treatment is chargeable to the owner and will be added to their final bill.

  • We will not accept liability for any illness occurring due to an undisclosed condition such as an allergy.

  • In the unlikely event that a cat is not eating what the owner has specified we reserve the right to try alternatives in order to make sure that the cat is eating properly.

  • We are happy to administer medication, including tablets, ointment, eye drops etc. where they have been prescribed by your own vet.

  • Visiting of cats during their stay is not permitted.

  • Cats should be treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding using a quality veterinary recommended product.

  • Any cat found to be suffering with either will be treated and a charge will be added to the bill.

  • The vets that we use is Westwood vets Unit 6 East Side Retail Park, Aberford Rd, Garforth, Leeds, LS252LA 

  • We will always try to use your Vet 1st that you have reccomended. 
 
  • A charge may also be added for any extra cleaning and grooming that is required as a result.

  • Whilst cats boarding at Garforth Cattery receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admittance on any grounds

YOUR HOME /CAT SITTING SERVICE
At Garforth Cat Sitting we really care about our Clients.  We offer a fresh approach to cat care in a loving and safe environment - your home.

Your cat(s) enjoy familiar surroundings and favourite cat nap places. knowing your home is looked after whilst you are away.

As with our pet sitting services, prices are per household not per pet.
£15.00 for one visit a day or £20.00 for two visits a day.
These prices are for the Garforth area only.

We operate a 'stay and play' policy for cats who like attention, which means we will use the visit to attend to your cats needs and after feeding and cleaning duties, will use the full 30 minute up to one hour to play and stroke/brush your cat(s) providing the love and attention they miss when you are away.

So instead of useing our cattery in Garforth being at home can help reduce stress allowing your cat to stay at home and relax - happy cats, happy customers.

We know cats are important - in fact its our job to make sure they know it too - cats are part of the family and they deserve only the highest level of care.

Understanding that each cat has its own personality with specific likes and dislikes helps us to make sure your beloved pet enjoys the care it receives.

We are able to open/close curtains, turn lights/T.V. on/off as desired to give the illusion the house is lived in. We can take out and bring in your wheelie bins.

We can water plants at your request both inside and out, let us know what basic shopping you want and we can get that.
